Meeting Data
Visits, phone calls, meeting details are recorded and tracked in detail. After the meeting, everyone who attended the meeting can enter one or more notes in the meeting record. Task assignments can be made in the system related to the topics discussed. If notifications such as new opportunities, complaints, suggestions, if any, are received, this information related to the meeting can be entered; the task of offer tendering can be assigned, and an offer can be submitted.
Records related to the meetings can be tracked by the company management; by viewing the details, the management can direct the personnel or make comments. Thus, detailed tracking of customers and potential customers is provided.
