Task Management
All the tasks generated within the company are entered into the system in detail and their realization processes are tracked. Actions to be taken regarding these tasks are entered into the system by the person who will do the task, using the relevant screens. It is possible to track who has which tasks, and whether there are any transactions going awry or not. When the task is assigned, the system automatically sends a warning to the person who will do the task.
When the assigned task is completed, the completion information is also sent to the person who assigned the task. Relevant persons are informed by sharing photographs, documents and notes regarding the work done. The task infrastructure is a subsystem at the ERP layer. It is a process used effectively in CRM application.
